I was brought onto the Brand Studio team at Nasdaq in an advisory/consultant role to help evolve and drive the Nasdaq brand voice and look + feel forward, and how it manifests in both branded content and live experiences.

I was tasked with bringing my background in the media, entertainment, and luxury lifestyle worlds along with my unique perspective from those experience in pursuit of this goal. To illustrate the reality of a rapidly growing fintech brand with global name recognition and massive influence, I worked with the Brand Studio team on a number of different custom content both across Nasdaq’s own internal business units as well as with media/advertising partners.

Some highlights of initiatives I led include:

  • Conceived and created the Meet Me @ MarketSite video series, a quick-hit interview style video series that takes place at Nasdaq’s famous MarketSite, where companies go public every day. We interview the stars and business leaders that come through Nasdaq’s doors every day to find out more about them - from their best business advice to their go-to coffee orders - both bringing out their personalities in a fun way and delivering inspiring advice on entrepreneurship and the working world.

  • Created and executed a complete redesign and relaunch of the Nasdaq-100® homepage, which provides critical educational information to investors about the popular index, to be more user-friendly, interactive, and engaging. Redesign included designing the UX, copywriting, data analysis to identify and illustrate trends within the index, creation of tools/quizzes to help educate investors, and more.

  • Designed an interactive online version of the 100+ page annual Nasdaq Sustainability Report, working with the Sustainability team to identify key important details to lead users through the entire report experience without creating info overload and overwhelm, and massaging the language/employing copywriting where needed to communicate information in an engaging way.

Nasdaq 2022 Cryptocurrency Report

Distilled Nasdaq’s 2022 Cryptocurrency report into a user-friendly web experience and wrote new copy based on the report that was more engaging and less dry to entice audiences to download the full report. Nasdaq x Astra: Space Economy

Created an online experience in partnership with Astra revolving (pun intended :)) around the space economy. Design, copywriting, strategy, and flow are all my work.
